At Celdren, we take pride in delivering a shopping experience that truly satisfies. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your purchase, our team is ready to help you find the best solution.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original state, with tags attached and original packaging included. Items showing signs of wear, modification, or returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and promotional sale products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return
To open a return request, please send an email to contact@celdren.shop with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. A member of our team will follow up with instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that shipping fees are not refundable. In cases where free shipping was applied, the actual shipping cost may be subtracted from the total refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled exclusively for items that arrive defective or damaged. If this applies to your order, please reach out to us at contact@celdren.shop for further assistance.
